This is my last weekend here in New york city City. It’s currently Saturday, and I’m presently attempting to multi-task, and get access to my office. Which is at WeWork based out of New York city about a block far from Times Square. I believe in today’s episode, what we’re going to do, is gon na have a little sit down, right there. I believe before I do go and sit down there, offered that it is a Saturday and there is no one else here. No one else here at all. Ahhh, I think it’s probably helpful for us to do a little trip of this coworking space, and provide you a little an insight regarding why I enjoy coworking areas, so much. Let’s start over here, at the snacks location. Right, so you’ve got a self-serve snack location over here. You got yer Cokes. You got yer Red Bulls. All self-serve which is actually, actually cool. Alrighty, and over here we have actually filtered water which is fun. During the week they usually have a flavoured water thing set over here which is cool. All this is unlimited so we can have totally free espresso, which is what you desire, that’s what you enjoy. Otherwise they’ve got drip coffee over here. All the amenities right, all the amenities. And after that we have actually got the lunch location here. Look after the environment, ensure you recycle. You’ve got all the coworking areas over here, which is really cool. This pumps during the week. We’ve also got mad, amazing views out here. Not a bad view, not the very best day, however not a bad view still. And after that we have actually got these little cubicles, which are also fun to work in. And this is basically, yeah the coworking location. We’ve got high speed WiFi web everywhere, we’ve also got the security electronic cameras up all over in here which is also truly enjoyable, because if you’ve got a lot of expensive equipment like I do, and you’ve also got, like,

I’m packing a lot into this backpack. Like a lot into this knapsack. So if you’ve got a great deal of expensive devices, and you are working in a coworking area, it is nice to know that we have actually got all of this security around. So I do what to head out, and choose a roam, or go on an experience throughout the day, I’m able to leave all of my things here, conserve and sound with no stress or worry about it going missing. You understand what I imply? So this is Floor 12. Let’s reveal us the rest of this workplace. And this is the same workplace that I worked out of in 2017 when I lived here for the summer season. Precisely the same office. An incredible group of people, everybody that I have actually satisfied through the WeWork community’s been definitely incredible, and all the staff here are unbelievable. So, let’s continue. So all in here are the personal workplaces, right. So you can either get a private workplace, or you can just do the hot-desk, coworking desk like I have actually done. Again, just all private workplaces through here. Nothing truly too much to see. Got the printer location, and stationary area down here. One thing that I simulate, and like I really, really enjoy this, and it’s likewise a function that Flux, the coworking area that I work out of in Perth, on St Georges Balcony, also has, they have actually got their own variation of this. And these are private little telephone booths slash with deep work cubicles. You essentially you can get in here, close the door. You’ve got a little light, and you’ve got USB battery charger. I have actually done numerous, many before WiFi phone calls here in this booth or in among these cubicles. Being here it’s simply a terrific method to, if you wan na work on something that’s really personal, or if you wan na to have a private discussion, or if you wan na just work in a deep work location with no distractions, these are the locations to work. Proceeding. More private workplaces. And after that the other cool thing is, you’ve got these meeting rooms How To Turn Off Wework Printer

which are up in here, and also up there. And this continues, it’s essentially the same type of design on this flooring as it is upstairs. When you sign up for the office space, and you can employ these personal conference spaces out as part of the credit you get. Now in regards to cost, I think I paid, and correct me if I’m wrong however I believe, from memory, I paid about 550 U.S. dollars for a months worth of coworking area here, which includes, use of the printer, use of the internet, use of security, 24 seven access to the coworking area. And appearance, in terms of value for money- I’m gon na set this down ’cause my arm hurts, it’s a heavy video camera. Sorry, in terms of value for cash it’s simply, for me, being able to simply roll into a city, get where I left off, pay-as-you-go, and it’s the same thing with Flux back in Perth. In terms of coworking, for me the ability to be able to roll into a city, pick up where you left off, and even roll into a new city, get set-up with a coworking space, which is safe and secure, which has really fast web, which has all the amenities that you require, therefore much more, with a bunch of fantastic individuals and an incredible neighborhood. It’s just, definitely like it. For a digital nomad, for digital entrepreneurs, and likewise for entrepreneurs that are in that solo stage. Who’re just in regards to that start-up phase, and they don’t wan na work from house anymore. Because appearance, I’ve worked from home before and you can get a bit lonesome, and you can get a little bit of cabin fever. Coworking spaces are a truly, actually, flexible way for you to be able to fulfill new individuals, network. Work in an area which is removed from your home, without spending too much cash. And also without needing to fret about that repaired commitment. And ABC in Perth actually interviewed me about this a week or more earlier, and I’ll leave a link to that post perhaps’ll, whoop. ABC actually interviewed me about why I love coworking areas a lot a couple of weeks back. If you’re interested go and examine that out. And prior to we end the chat, I believe what I’m gon na leave you with is among my preferred, favourite, includes about this location. Which is, erm, it’s over here, let’s go. Let’s go. We’ll start, we’ll begin here. Get among these. One of these ones. Ooooh, they’re tapped. They’re tapped. Generally throughout the week, there is endless complimentary beer on tap here. Today, looks like it’s a no-winner (wawhow music) like I said previously. Today’s a bit unfortunate, since it is my last Saturday, my last weekend here in New York City. And I do fly house to Perth on Tuesday. 33 hour commute, eagerly anticipating that. (bell rings) But it is bitter-sweet, like I am truly ecstatic go home, back to Perth. I’m truly excited to overtake my friends, my family, and return into the grind, and start making relocations, and just getting the little things done. However I’m also really unfortunate that I’m leaving one of my favourite locations worldwide, and leaving some of my preferred people in the world. Yeah. Bitter-sweet is the best method I would describe how I feel right now. Very bitter-sweet. Look that there concludes this episode of the blog site. I’m gon na go ahead and cue the surge, but prior to we do that, if you are not already subscribed, go ahead and strike the Subscribe button. I drop in videos every single Thursday, 6 a.m Pacific, 9 a.m Eastern, 9 p.m Australian Western Standard Time Zone. And like I did state previously, I am flying back to Perth on Tuesday. So it’s probably going to be a one-week hiatus in terms of the uploads, since you’ve always got to travel, and also get over jet-lag. Since we all understand what happens when Paul gets jet-lag. Um-um, um-um, um-um. Anyway, thank you a lot for viewing, I really do appreciate it and, yeah, I’ll see you next Thursday.
